Our office will only be open for appointments and we will respond to calls only on Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 6:00 pm. Email is the best way to get immediate response from us. We can still do telephone and video conference on income taxes between Tuesday to Friday.

The Eagle Rock Plaza is closed to the general public due to the governor's order for closures related to the Covid-19 pandemic. You have to call us first so we could let you in at the main entrance, first floor, by the PNB. We also have a secured gray dropbox at the 2nd Floor, main entrance, close to Chuck E Cheese's if you need to drop any document.

There have been numerous reports of IRS refund processing delays. As of mid-May, the IRS is behind in processing 4.7 million tax returns due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Even those who e-filed their tax returns and on direct deposit are also experiencing some problems.
